Catherine by Pamela Reasor

This is a repainted doll that was created by Pamela Reasor. She is based on Catherine Zeta-Jones who starred in Zorro as Elena. I simply adore celebrity look-alike Barbies! Don't you?

A Suitor For Miss Mary

Remember Miss Mary? Well, she had found her new home with my friend Joan in January. And now Joan thinks Miss Mary is old enough to marry, and asked me to look for an eligible bachelor. So here he is, Sir Alan.

He has long brown hair and brown eyes. Joan might give him a haircut later, or tie his hair back. He is dressed in tight-fitting slacks and tunic for now. But Joan probably has more elaborate plans with him. Dearest Joan, if you are reading this, please please please send us photos once you complete the roombox!

Frank Preene: Handcrafted Craftsman Bungalow

This one-of-a-kind handcrafted Craftsman style Room-box is on eBay right now. This was designed by artist Frank Preene, and the description below is in the artist's words:

The floor is wide plank mahogany. The walls are stucco and beam above with mahogany paneling below. The rooms are divided by a carved filigree arch. The left side room has a handcrafted river-stone fireplace, central to the design of any craftsman home. Above the fireplace, light is filtered into the room through tall colored glass windows. There are two stained glass wall sconces on the wall.

The long room on the right has a wall of tall colored glass windows at the end and a stairwell at the left. There is a total of three stained glass wall sconces in this room. There are two reproduction Oriental Carpets (by Terry Foster) to add to the magic of each room.
